Technical Advantages:
1.Unlike traditional insulation materials, basalt fiber needle felts do not contain any binders, preventing the release of harmful substances during decomposition due to heat.
2.The initial material for producing needle-punched basalt fiber felts is basalt fibers with a monofilament diameter of 10-17 µm. Unlike asbestos, Basalt fiber felts are non-carcinogenic, with monofilament diameters of 1-3 µm.
3.Basalt fiber needle felts do not shrink during assembly and processing, ensuring no gaps between the insulation material and the insulated surface. They are easy to cut and process, with a working temperature range of -200 to 650°C. Basalt fibers also resist corrosive media (such as acid and alkaline solutions).
